Sea Robbin Recipe for Other (Saltwater)

Ingredients: Ingredients
1 whole sea robin
2 whole eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup panko or seasoned bread crumbs
Cooking oil of your choice.
Salt and pepper
Lemon
Tartar sauce, cocktail sauce or a sauce of choice
Directions: Cooking Directions
Prepare by filleting to remove the meat from the skin and bones.
Cut fillets into bite-size pieces, (Apx.1” chunks) or cut in larger strips to make fish sticks, if your fish are big.
Beat two eggs in a bowl and set aside.
Dredge fish in flour
Dip fish in egg mixture
Dredge fish in panko or seasoned bread crumbs
Prepare frying pan with oil to cover the bottom.
Fry on medium high heat for 1 to 2 minutes
Place fish chunks into pan for 1 to 2 minutes on each side until golden brown
Remove the fish chunks and place on a paper towel and blot excess oil.
Season fish chunks to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve with fresh lemon, tartar sauce, cocktail sauce or a sauce of your choice.
Other Notes: Servings will depend on the size and number of Sea Robbins.

Depending on size and amount this can be an appetizer or entree.
