FLAKED FISH(YOUR CHOICE),2 TLB.BUTTER BOIL POTATOES UNTIL TENDER, ADD MILK& FISH,SEASON TO TASTE,ADD CANNED VEGGIES. IN ANOTHER PAN MIX FLOUR&BUTTER,TAKE 3TLBS. OF LIQUID FROM POT MIX IN PAN. MIX UNTIL SMOOTH.ADD TO POT COOK OVER MED. HEAT UNTIL IT STARTS TO THICKEN.TURN OFF AND SERVE HOT. YOU MAY NEED TO MAKE ALITTLE MORE RUE IF YOU LIKE IT THICKER.YOU CAN SERVE IT W/CORNBREAD.
